SUBMISSION of ABSTRACTS

  • Abstracts must be submitted online through the abstract submission website https://www.dekonabstract.com/FEZA2023. Abstracts sent by e-mail or through any other means will not be accepted. Please use the abstract template and save your formatted abstract as a PDF file for submission.
  • The deadline for submission of abstracts is Tuesday the 31st of January 2023 at 5pm (Central European Time). Abstracts received after the submission deadline will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts may be submitted for a poster or oral presentation.

    • The submitting author will be informed by e-mail about the acceptance of the abstract soon after the evaluation process is completed. Acceptance is at the discretion of the scientific committee.
    • The best and most original abstracts sent for poster presentation may be selected for short oral presentations in either one of the scientific sessions. Please indicate in the system, when submitting your abstract for poster presentation, if you do not wish to have your abstract evaluated for a short oral presentation.
    • Further information about oral presentations (time, date and length) will be provided to authors upon abstract acceptance. Full presentation guidelines will be included in the acceptance letter and posted on the conference website.
    • Posters will be displayed in the poster hall. Detailed instructions for the poster presentations will be included in the acceptance letter and posted on the conference website.
  • Please note that at least the presenting author (presenter) of each abstract should register for the conference. Abstracts submitted without any corresponding presenter registration will be withdrawn. Each presenter may present only one abstract.

  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Abstracts must contain accurate data and meet international ethical standards
  • The abstract should contain the title of the paper, the names of the authors, and affiliations (including the cities and the countries), and the e-mail address of the presenting author.

  • Please do not use tables, images, or graphics and use international characters only.
